This is the Description:
This is a PAID SUBSCRIPTION SITE.
Members can subscribe to this group to receive PAID PRODUCTS that I produce.
All products are CU.
You will receive 100 mgs up per month.
Donna will send the following out:
PHOTOSHOP STYLES, ELEMENTS, TEMPLATES, FRAMES, PHOTOSHOP BRUSHES, PHOTOSHOP TEXTURES, JEWELED, QUICKPAGES and many other designing products.
In addition you will receive at least 10 packages that you can RESELL thus making your membership cost you nothing.
Cathy of Cohtags4fun has offered to send a Poser set each month for RESELL.
For a limited time your first month trial is only $5.00.
If you do not cancel you will have a recurring fee of $10.00 per month for as long as you are a member.

Meanings:
RESELL stuff they can resell the product at their store. You can not give it away as freebies though.
CU product can be used to make items for sale commercially e.g. Quickpages, elements, templates etc
